Further to the announcements dated 26 June 2020, 7 July 2020, 14 August 2020, 23 September 2020, 04 November 2020, 12 January 2021, 08 February 2021, 17 February 2021, 10 March 2021 and 11 March 2021, the Company wishes to announce that during the Hearing on 12 April 2021, the Court has fixed the decision date for the Originating Summons and Injunction Applications (Injunction on 10% shares allotment and Injunction to restrain 2nd and 3rd Defendant from acting as Directors) on 28 May 2021.
The next case management for the Fortification Application and Right Issue Injunction is also fixed on 28 May 2021.
The Company will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
