The Board of Directors of DFCITY Group Berhad (formerly known as Hock Heng Stone Industries Bhd.) (“DFCITY” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek for its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Company:- (a) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (b) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority. A Circular/Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course. This announcement is dated 12 April 2021. |
