1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 03 May 2021
2)  The last date of lodgment : 04 May 2021
3)  Date Payable : 03 Jun 2021

Remarks : 

We refer to the announcements dated 15 March 2021, 22 March 2021 and 26 March 2021 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the issue price of the new SDP Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP, which is applicable to the entire Special Final Dividend of 2.13 sen per SDP Share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020, has been fixed today at RM 4.10 per new SDP Share.

A copy of the Notice of Election ("NOE") and Dividend Reinvestment Form ("DRF") will be despatched to all entitled Shareholders (save for foreign-addressed Shareholders) on 6 May 2021. On the even date, the DRP Statement and the NOE (including the DRF) will be made available on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad website.
