We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 26 August 2020, 8 September 2020, 27 October 2020 and 24 February 2021 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd (“Plaintiff”) against Wonder Food Sdn Bhd (“Defendant”).
The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 12 April 2021, this matter came up for Case Management via e-Review for Enclosure 1 (Appellant Notice of Appeal Against Enclosure 8).
The next Case Management of Enclosure 1 has been fixed on 8 June 2021.
The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
