The Board of Directors of HeveaBoard wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Purchase of Own Shares by the Company (“Proposed Renewal of Authority”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Authority will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2020 in due course.
