On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.0929 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.0929 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0103 or approximately 9.98% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Bertam Shares for the last five (5) market days from 7 April 2021 up to and including 13 April 2021 of approximately RM0.1032 per Bertam Share.
