The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened for the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are in the ordinary course of business pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

A Circular setting out the details of the proposal will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
