The Board of Directors of JETSON wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendment") at the forthcoming Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") of the Company.
The details of the Proposed Amendment set out in the Notice of 44th AGM of the Company will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
