We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 January 2021, 25 January 2021 and 15 February 2021 in respect of the administrative case initiated against Emir Oil LLP ( “EO”) in connection with the inspection of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violation of gas dispersion at EO facilities during oil operations. 

The Board of Directors of Reach Energy Berhad (“REB” or “the Company”) would like to update that EO had resumed its operation on 13 April 2021 upon expiry of 2 months suspension period.
