(The terms used herein unless the context otherwise states, shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcements aforementioned) We refer to the announcements dated 4 January 2021, 26 January 2021 and 18 March 2021 in relation to the above matter. The Company wishes to announce that the Court has dismissed the Plaintiff’s Interim Injunction Application with costs of RM8,000.00 awarded in favour of the Defendant. The Court has also allowed the Defendant’s Application pursuant to Order 14A Rule 1 and/or Order 33 Rule 2 Rules of Court 2012 with costs of RM5,000.00 awarded in favour of the Defendant and accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant is dismissed. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 15 April 2021.
