Amid the evolving COVID-19 situation and the Movement Control Order 2.0 implemented by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted 1-month extension of time until 31 May 2021 for listed issuers to issue their annual reports that include annual audited financial statements together with the reports of directors and auditors (“Annual Report”), which is due by 30 April 2021.

In consideration of the challenges facing by the Group in finalising the Annual Report during such period, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 and will ensure the said Annual Report is issued on or before 31 May 2021.
