Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad, the Board of Directors of Komarkcorp Berhad (“Komark” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that General Labels & Labelling Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Komark, had on 13 April 2021 entered into a related party transactions (“RPTs”) with Toprint Packaging Sdn Bhd (“Toprint”), the company related to Mr Koh Chie Jooi, an Executive Director cum Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, details of which are disclosed below, for a total consideration of SGD 219,643.00 (equivalent to RM676,939.73).
