The Board of Directors of MMAG ("MMAG" or "the Company") wishes to announce that MGUDANG SDN. BHD. ("MGSB"), a  74.51% owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 16 April 2021 entered into a Deed of Mutual Termination with the Vendor, DYNACIATE SPI SDN. BHD. ("DSPI"), upon which MGSB and DSPI have mutually agreed to terminate the Sales and Purchase Agreement dated 18 October 2019 and the Supplemental Agreement dated 22 April 2020 in relation to the acquisition of two(2) parcels of contiguous freehold land together with all buildings erected thereon at Ladang Valdor, Mukim 12, Sungai Jawi, Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang.
