The announcement dated 14 April 2021 refer.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that further to the COVID-19 full screening for all its remaining employees work at factories and office located at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Bakri, Muar, Johor, there are employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. Following to this, the operations of these factories as well as its administrative office are implementing a temporary stoppage from 18th - 24th April 2021 with guidance from the Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (“KKM”).

The Company is cooperating and working closely with KKM to implement the mitigating steps to contain the spread of COVID-19 at these factories, and also to safeguard the health of the Company’s employees who may have been exposed to the virus.

The temporary closure of the factories is aimed at minimizing the risk of further spreading of the COVID-19 virus within the community.

The Company continues to monitor the situation and work closely with the relevant authorities so as to ensure resumption of the facilities with the well-being of employees being safeguarded at all times.
