On behalf of the Board of Directors of Perak Corporation Berhad (“Company”), we wish to announce that the Company had on 19 April 2021 received an application by ARX Holdings Sdn Bhd and ARX-YSC Sdn Bhd to, inter alia, intervene and be made parties to the proceeding herein or alternatively be excluded as scheme creditors from the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement.

The Hearing for the abovementioned application is fixed on 23 April 2021.

Any material development on this matter will be announced in due course.
