The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Mexter (M) Sdn Bhd  [Company Registration No. 199201015302 (246805-P)] (“Vendor” or “MMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 05 April 2021 entered into two (2)  Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPA”) with Damac Capital Sdn Bhd [Company Registration No. 200901036284 (879406-T)] (“Purchaser” or “Damac Capital”) in relation to the disposal of two (2) units of office suites, held under Strata Title GERAN 67522/M1-C/6/324, Lot No. 63323, Mukim Batu, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, with an address at No. L-05-01, Solaris Mont Kiara, Jalan Solaris, 50480 Kuala Lumpur and Strata Title GERAN 67522/M1-C/6/325, Lot No. 63323, Mukim Batu, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, with an address at No. L-05-02, Solaris Mont Kiara, Jalan Solaris, 50480 Kuala Lumpur respectively (“Properties”), together with a novation of tenancies on the Properties in favour of the Purchaser at a total sale consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Four Million One Hundred Thousand (RM4,100,000.00) only (“Purchase Price”) (the “Disposal”). The Purchaser’s solicitors stamped and indorsed the SPA on 12 April 2021 and delivered the duly executed and stamped SPA to the Vendor on 19 April 2021.
