On behalf of the Board of Directors of HIL, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that HIL, had on 20 April 2021 entered into 4 conditional joint venture agreements with Unik Sejati Sdn Bhd, Pembinaan Kesentosaan Sdn Bhd and Amverton Carey Golf & Island Resort Sdn Bhd, to undertake residential development on 5 parcels of land located in Mukim Sungai Buloh, Mukim Klang and Mukim Jugra, all in the state of Selangor.
