Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had via its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted additional temporary relief measures to listed issuers which include one-month extension for the submission of Annual Reports that include Annual Audited Financial Statements and the Auditors' and Directors' Reports.

The Board of Directors of HeiTech Padu Berhad (“HeiTech” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company will utilize the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will issue its Annual Report 2020 & Annual Audited Financial Statements for Financial Year Ended 2020 latest by 31 May 2021.
