PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 20% OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF BERTAM ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.


On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities is pleased to announce that the Private Placement comprising 41,350,000 Placement Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 26 April 2021.  The Board has confirmed that there will be no subsequent tranches or additional Placement Shares to be placed out pursuant to the Private Placement.

 

Therefore, on behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
