With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MPI, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.    

MPI-CP is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 August 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MPI-CP is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 August 2020, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 and the Term Sheet for the MPI-CP dated 27 April 2021.

A summary of the principal terms of the MPI-CP is set out in Table 1.
