The Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Alor Setar, Kedah had on 27 April 2021 granted the appointment of Dato’ Dr. Shanmughanathan a/l Vellanthurai as the interim Judicial Manager of the Affected Subsidiaries pending the application for a Judicial Management Order which is fixed for hearing on 25 May 2021.
