The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of ABB and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 June 2021.
Further details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate are set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2021 which will be made available on the website of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Company.
