The Board of Directors of STC wishes to announce that following the resignation of YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Ahmad Fuzi Bin Hj Abdul Razak as an Independent Non-Executive Director, he also ceased to be the Chairman of the Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") Committee. Therefore, the composition of the ESOS Committee has changed with effect from 30 April 2021.

The new composition of the ESOS Committee of the Company is as follows:
1. Mr. Yeoh Kim Wah (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)
2. Ms. Tan Chung Ling (Member, Deputy Managing Director)
3. Mr. Tan Wei Neng (Member, Executive Director)
