Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 11 February 2021, 5 April 2021 and 7 April 2021 in respect of the above matter. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements.

Omesti wishes to announce that FNS had on 28 April 2021 filed an injunction application against the Defendant to restrain the Defendant from, inter alia, using and/or disseminating the Plaintiff’s intellectual property and/or confidential information including works created and/or products designed and/or developed by the Plaintiff in performing its obligations under the Agreement, until the final disposal and/or conclusion of the Suit.
