Notice of Intention to Deal in the Company's Securities During Closed Period

We wish to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company has on 30 April 2021 received notifications all dated 30 April 2021 from the Directors namely Dato' Mah Siew Kwok ("Dato' Mah"), Ms Mah Xian-Zhen ("Ms Mah"), Mr Monteiro Gerard Clair ("Gerard"), Mr Chia Yong Wei (“Mr Chia”), Dato' Sri Thong Kok Khee ("Dato' Sri Thong") and Dato’ Jaganath Derek Steven Sabapathy (“Dato’ Jagan”) of their intention to deal in the Company's securities during the closed period pending an announcement of the Company's 4th quarterly results for the year ended 31 March 2021.
