Further to the announcements dated 1 April 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 29 September 2020, 31 December 2020 and 29 March 2021, the Board of Directors of KIBB wishes to announce that Kenanga Investors Berhad (“KIB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIBB, has on 30 April 2021, completed the Proposed Disposal as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the Share Purchase Agreement entered into between KIB and Ericsenz Partners Sdn Bhd on 1 April 2020.
Following the completion of the Proposed Disposal, Libra Invest Berhad ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIB and part of the KIBB Group.
