We refer to the announcement dated 17 February 2021 in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No. WA-221P-7-212021.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has appointed legal counsel to address the aforesaid matter and the legal counsel has submitted a Defence to the Court on 23 April 2021.
A Case Management meeting was held on 28 April 2021 and the Court has directed the following:
a. The Plaintiffs are to file their reply to the Defence by 21 May 2021; and b. The next Case Management is scheduled to be on 24 May 2021.
