We refer to the announcement dated 8 December 2020 in relation to the MOU between TASCO and GDEX and unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement. The Board of Directors of TASCO wishes to update that the Company has started to market the last-mile logistics as part of our total logistics menu to selected customers. Other discussions to leverage on our joint collaboration are ongoing. The Company will make the appropriate announcement in due course if there is any material development. This announcement is dated 30 April 2021.
