The Board of Directors of TIGER wishes to announce that the Company has triggered Para 8.03A (2)(b) for having an insignificant business and operations based on its unaudited financial statement ended 31 December 2020 (“Relief Announcement”). 
 
Pursuant to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa on the Additional Relief Measures to alleviate the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the Company will be given a period of 12 months relief from complying with the obligations under para 8.03A of the Listing Requirements. The Company must upon the expiry of 12 months from the Relief Announcement, reassess its condition and announce whether it continues to trigger Para 8.03A (2)(b).
