We refer to the announcement made by SIMEPLT dated 12 April 2021 and our announcement dated 13 April 2021 in relation to the Special final dividend of 2.13 sen per SIMEPLT share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend")
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020, the terms and conditions of SIMEPLT-CV shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
