Pursuant to Rule 10.06 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of BCM wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 April 2021 acquired 24,560,000 shares in SANICHI from the open market for a total purchase consideration of RM4,975,457.39 (“Acquisition Consideration”) in cash (“hereinafter referred to as the “Acquisition”) which represents 12.25% of the enlarged issued share capital in SANICHI.
