The Board would like to draw the attention of the investing public to the recent sudden surge of Malpac Holdings Berhad (“Malpac”) shares, both in terms of price and volume on Tuesday 27 April 2021 and Wednesday 28 April 2021.  The Board is not aware of any pending corporate developments or announcements relating to the Group’s business which would account to the market activity. The Board is also not aware of any possible reasons for the market activity.
