The Board of Directors of LKL ("Board") is pleased to announce that LKL had on 4 May 2021 entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Focus Medicare Sdn. Bhd. (“FMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Focus Dynamics Group Berhad (“Focus”), to record the mutual understanding to jointly roll out a new chain of lifestyle focused pharmacies, to capitalise on the growing need for individuals to look after their health on an ongoing basis (“Intended Business”), whereby a special purpose vehicle (“SPV”) will be jointly formed with the shareholding of 60% FMSB and 40% LKL to undertake the Intended Business.
