The Board of Directors of JCB wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of the Company to be convened.

The Company had, at its Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 November 2019, obtained the approval from its shareholders to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company. This authority for the Share Buy-Back shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 20th AGM, unless renewal is obtained.

A Statement containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be made available on the Company's corporate website in due course.
