This amended announcement is to inform that the Interim Dividend would supersede the proposed First and Final Dividend. In order to facilitate a timely dividend payment to its shareholders, the Company had reclassified the proposed dividend from proposed First and Final Dividend to Interim Dividend. All details in connection with the dividend (quantum together with the payment and entitlement dates) shall remain the same. The reclassification of dividend to Interim Dividend is to provide certainty as to the payment date, which does not require approval of shareholders at annual general meeting. |
