Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(35) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of JCB wishes to announce that there is a deviation of more than 10% between the loss after tax attributable to owners of the Company stated in the unaudited consolidated financial results for the financial period ended 30 November 2020 announced on 29 January 2021 (“Unaudited Results”) and audited financial statements for the financial period ended 30 November 2020 (“Audited Financial Statements”).
