We refer to the earlier announcement made on 28th April 2021 in relation to the Notice of the Twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") of the Company that the 25th AGM to be held physically at Atlanta Ballroom, Level 3, Hotel Armada Petaling Jaya, Lot 6, Lorong Utara C, Seksyen 52, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Monday, 24th May 2021 at 3:00 p.m. 

Following the implementation of the Movement Control Order imposed by the Government of Malaysia in both Selangor and Kuala Lumpur effective from 6th May 2021 to 20th May 2021 to contain the COVID-19 outbreak, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the 25th AGM of the Company be deferred to Monday, 28th June 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

The Notification to Shareholders in relation to the postponement of 25th AGM of the Company will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
