Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Acquisition dated 22 January 2021, 25 February 2021 and 11 March 2021.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent as set out in the SPA have been fulfilled on 5 May 2021 in accordance with the respective terms of the SPA. Accordingly, the SPA has become unconditional on 5 May 2021.

Further to the above, the Acquisition has been completed following the listing and quotation of 280,000,000 Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 10 May 2021.
