We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 9 February 2021, 23 February 2021 and 28 April 2021 in relation to the Proposed Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.
The Board wishes to announce that by mutual agreement, Mercury Securities will no longer be the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent for the Proposed Placement. In replacement thereof, the Company has appointed TA Securities Holdings Berhad as the new Principal Adviser and Placement Agent for the Proposed Placement.
The progress of the Proposed Placement will be announced in due course.
