In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with the following additional information for public release:-

1. Further clarification on which water treatment plant and the type or nature of the upgrading project.

2. The method in which the contract was awarded to BDB Synergy by JKR (i.e., via public tender or otherwise)

3. Basis in arriving at the contract value.

4. Whether the acceptance of the contract involves the interest of the directors, major shareholders and persons connected to the directors or major shareholders pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Listing Requirements (“LR”).

5. Clarification on whether the acceptance of the contract requires the approval of your shareholders.

6. Any other relevant information as required under Appendix 10C of the LR.
