KRONOLOGI ASIA BERHAD ("KRONO" OR "THE COMPANY")
- PROPOSED RENEWAL OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES OF UP TO TEN PERCENT (10%) OF ITS TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES 
- PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPANY'S CONSTITUTION
 
The Board of Directors of KRONO wishes to inform that KRONO intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later:-

(a) Proposed Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of its total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"); and
(b) Proposed Amendments to the Company's Constitution (“Proposed Amendments”).

The Proposed Amendments if approved, to align the Company’s Constitution with the Companies (Amendment) Act 2019 which came into operation on 15 January 2020 in relation to the alteration of share capital, to provide clarity on the objects of the Company and to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Annual Report 2021 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments and a Statement to Shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
