RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 1,529,559,600 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN JOE ("JOE SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARES") TOGETHER WITH 917,735,760 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN JOE ("WARRANTS B") ON THE BASIS OF 5 RIGHTS SHARES TOGETHER WITH 3 FREE WARRANTS B FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING SHARES HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised that JOE’s:

(i)      917,735,760 Warrants B issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be admitted  to the Official List of Bursa                Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the Warrants B on the Main Market  under  the “Industrial                  Products & Services” sector will  be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 28 May 2021.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants B are “JOE-WB”, “7096WB” and “MYL7096WBY57".

(ii)      (a)     1,529,559,600 Rights Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and

          (b)     121,530,954 additional Warrants A issued arising from adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants

         will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 28 May 2020.
