We refer to our announcement dated 24 March 2021 on the resignation of Messrs. Jamal, Amin & Partners as Auditors of the Company.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company had, pursuant to section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 appointed Messrs. TGS TW as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. Messrs. TGS TW have given their consent to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 on 20 May 2021. |
