Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had on 21 May 2021 granted an extension of time until 30 June 2021 for the listed issuers to issue the Quarterly Reports which are due by 31 May 2021 following the Movement Control Order 3.0 ("MCO 3.0") period as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Board of Directors of SBC, after having considered the challenges facing the Company during the MCO 3.0 and the current situation, is of the view that the Company wishes to utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Quarterly Report for the year ended 31 March 2021 the latest by 30 June 2021.
