With the continued increase of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia and the implementation of the Movement Control Order 3.0 ("MCO 3.0") by the Government of Malaysia effective from 12 May 2021 to 7 June 2021, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 21 May 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time (“EOT”) for issuance of the quarterly reports (“QR”) up till 30 June 2021 for the listed corporations to issue their QR, which is originally due by 31 May 2021.

In view of this, the Board of Directors of MCT wishes to announce that the Company will utilise the EOT granted by Bursa Securities for the issuance of its QR  for the financial period ended 31 March 2021 by 30 June 2021.
