On behalf of the Board of Directors of Comcorp, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an appeal has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on the decision by Bursa Securities to de-list the securities of Comcorp and to reconsider its decision to grant a further extension of time for a period of six (6) months up to 24 October 2021 for the Company to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
