Given the implementation of Movement Control Order 3.0 by the Government to help curb the Covid-19 pandemic, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 21 May 2021 granted automatic 1-month extension of time until 30 June 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due on 31 May 2021.

In consideration of the challenges in finalising the quarterly report during such period, the Board of Directors of MHB wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the quarterly report is issued on or before 30 June 2021.
