We refer to our announcement dated 30.04.2021 and the announcements stated therein made pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the MMLR in relation to the default in payment by Dolomite Power-Shandong (HK) Limited (“DPSHK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dolomite Technology (HK) Limited which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DCB, in respect of credit facilities granted by Maybank International Labuan Branch (“Maybank”). The Kuala Lumpur High Court has on 18.03.2021 allowed an Application for Summary Judgement filed by Maybank. While appealing to the decisions of the Court, the Company is seeking a settlement arrangement with Maybank. This announcement is dated 31 May 2021. |
