The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to make reference to the first announcement made by the Company on 29 October 2018 for being classified as a GN3 status company and followed by subsequent monthly announcements pursuant to GN3 made on the updates and developments.
The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to inform that the applications in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan have been submitted to the relevant authorities and currently awaiting the decisions from the said relevant authorities.
The Company shall announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
