Further to the announcements made on the 30 June, 28 September, 6 October, 22 October 2020 and 31 May 2021 in relation to the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary namely GUH Circuit Industry (Suzhou) Co. Ltd to continue its manufacturing operations at a minimal capacity, the Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that there will be no material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of GUH for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
